Our Beginning...
Where it all began
Liliput Day Nursery was founded in 2008 by Nicola Cooper. Inspired by her extensive experience in early childhood education, including her years of training and education, starting with her NNEB in Nursery Nursing and later achieving her BA(Hons) in Young Children's Learning and Development and is currently studying towards a Master's Degree, along with her passion for caring for children and making change.
Nicola's Philosophy is rooted in the belief that young children flourish when they are provided with a range of extensive opportunities and experiences in a nurturing environment.
At Liliput Day Nursery Children from birth to 5 years are provided with the opportunity to engage in play based learning experiences, drawing inspiration from various educational philosophers such as Maria Montessori, Reggio Emilia, John Bowlby.
Liliput Day Nursery is dedicated to creating a vibrant community where children can grow, belong and flourish, fostering a sense of belonging for children, families and team members alike.
